It minimizes risk by guaranteeing money back in the event of a supplier failing to meet the terms of the order contract - including delivery delays, quality and quantity discrepancies or other processing problems.

You'll be covered if:

- Your products are not shipped on time as per the order contract

- Your products do not meet the quality standards as per the order contract

 If dissatisfied with the order, you can request a refund. If supplier agrees on your refund request, money will be returned to you. If not, wellness-adviser.com will step in to arbitrate.

Trade Safe will protect all payments made during the ordering process up to 30 days after you receive the goods.

Shipping protection

Your order will be shipped on time according to the details of your contract with the supplier. In the event of an un-explained delay, you will be eligible for a refund. All shipping, customs and handling costs will be borne by the buyer, with no commission fess from wellness-adviser.com as all displayed merchandise and services displayed on our platform are x-works status from the country of origin.!
